ReturnsIf you would like to return your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within
14 calendar days after delivery at

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 14 days without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important notes:- Do not return any items without first contacting us.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be sent to your issuing bank within 7 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
- PayPal: Refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds:- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to appear).
- Contact your bank (processing times vary).

Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection.
- For items valued over 50 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

- Once the returned item is received and checked, we will issue a full refund or replacement for eligible products.
- Accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund.
- Devices must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, in their original sealed packaging.
- If an accessory is returned without a valid reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
