Refund & Return Policy
Returns
If you would like to return your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery at customer@corgicafe.es.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 14 days without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important notes:
  • Do not return any items without first contacting us.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be sent to your issuing bank within 7 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
  • PayPal: Refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to appear).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@corgicafe.es.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection.
  • For items valued over 50 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return Address
Please contact customer@corgicafe.es to receive the return address.
⚠️ Do not send any products before receiving confirmation via email.

Additional Conditions
Returns and replacements apply only to items purchased on corgicafe.es/shop. For purchases from third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.
  • Once the returned item is received and checked, we will issue a full refund or replacement for eligible products.
  • Accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund.
  • Devices must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, in their original sealed packaging.
  • If an accessory is returned without a valid reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
